Return , Exchange & Refund Policy

At WHITE SATURN, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality clothing and exceptional service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.

 

Returns

  • We accept returns within 3 days of receiving the product via email at support@whitesaturnstudio.com  or call at +91 7291932739

  • Return requests received after 3 days of receipt will not qualify for returns

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Items that are personalized or customized cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your  original method of payment within 7-8 business days.

 

Exchanges

  • There will be no returns or exchanges for products made to custom measurements

  • We do not provide the option of exchange for reasons like colour mismatch and exchange for size

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund or store credit as per your preference.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Final sale or clearance items

    • Gift cards

 

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns, unless the item received was defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@whitesaturnstudio.com with details and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, the full payment (100%) will be forfeited and treated as the cancellation fee for all cancellations. Kindly take note that our brand's policy does not include the provision of refunds.
